1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the chauffeur and transportation services provided by Anytime Executive Travel ("we", "our", "us"), a luxury executive travel company based in Merseyside.
By making a booking with us, whether via our website, phone, email, or any other method, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from our team via email or SMS, which will include:
- Your booking reference number
- Date, time, and pickup location
- Drop-off destination
- Agreed price
- Vehicle type and any special requirements noted
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that plans can change and will accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule permits. Our team is available 24/7 for urgent bookings.
Please check your confirmation details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted include:
- Mercedes-Benz V-Class vehicle
- Professional DBS-checked chauffeur
- Complimentary WiFi, bottled water, and phone chargers
- Flight monitoring for airport transfers
- VAT (where applicable)
Additional charges may apply for:
- Waiting time beyond the complimentary period (charged at an agreed hourly rate)
- Additional stops or route changes not included in the original booking
- Toll charges, congestion charges, and parking fees incurred during your journey
- Cleaning fees resulting from excessive soiling of the vehicle interior
Any additional charges will be communicated to you before they are incurred wherever possible.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (preferred for advance bookings)
- Credit and debit cards
- Cash
- Corporate invoicing (for approved corporate accounts, with net 30-day payment terms)
Payment is due upon completion of the journey unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance (e.g. corporate accounts or pre-paid bookings).
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund, no charge
- 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: Full charge applies
- No-show: Full charge applies
Cancellations must be made by contacting us via phone or email. We will send written confirmation of any cancellation.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies, flight cancellations by the airline), we will review cancellation charges on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair and reasonable.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed booking (e.g. due to severe weather or unforeseen vehicle issues), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative vehicle or a full refund. We will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such cancellation.
5. Airport Transfers
Our airport transfer service includes the following specific terms:
- Flight tracking: We monitor all flights in real-time and adjust pickup times automatically for delays or early arrivals
- Complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, measured from the actual landing time
- Additional waiting time: After the complimentary period, waiting time will be charged at an agreed hourly rate
- Meet and greet: Available upon request at all major airports. Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board
- Flight number: Please provide your flight number at the time of booking to ensure accurate tracking
For departures, we recommend allowing ample time for traffic. Your chauffeur will arrive at the agreed time and will contact you upon arrival.
6. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all vehicles, including e-cigarettes and vapes. A cleaning fee of up to £250 will be charged for any breach
- Alcohol: Passengers may consume alcohol responsibly during the journey (excluding the driver, of course). However, we reserve the right to terminate a journey if a passenger's behaviour becomes threatening, abusive, or dangerous
- Vehicle damage: Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior during the journey. This includes stains, burns, tears, and any damage resulting from excessive intoxication. Costs will be assessed and invoiced accordingly
- Seatbelts: All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion, as required by UK law
- Children: Appropriate child seats and booster seats are available upon request at no additional charge. Please inform us of children's ages when booking so we can ensure the correct restraints are fitted
- Luggage: We can accommodate multiple large suitcases in the V-Class. However, please inform us at the time of booking if you have oversized or unusual items so we can confirm suitability
7. Confidentiality & Discretion
Discretion is a cornerstone of our service. All chauffeurs are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Any information seen, heard, or encountered during a journey is treated as strictly confidential.
We will never disclose client identities, journey details, or any personal information to third parties except where required by law. This applies to all clients, including VIP, celebrity, and corporate passengers.
8. Liability & Insurance
Anytime Executive Travel is fully insured for private hire and passenger transportation. Our insurance covers:
- Public liability
- Passenger liability
- Vehicle damage
Our liability is limited to the following:
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- We are not liable for any consequential losses (e.g. missed flights, missed appointments, lost business) arising from delays, although we will always do our utmost to ensure timely arrivals
- Our total liability for any single booking shall not exceed the total price paid for that booking
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, accidents, fuel shortages, strikes, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
10. Lost Property
Our chauffeurs will check the vehicle after each journey. If personal belongings are found, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange return of the items. Items will be held for 30 days before being disposed of. We accept no liability for items left in the vehicle.
11. Complaints
We are committed to providing an exceptional service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your journey, please contact us within 7 days:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 working days. If you remain unsatisfied, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of all client information in compliance with UK GDPR.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
